You can request as many revisions as your package allows. We strive to provide the best service and will revise till your needs are addressed. No additional fees are due if design principles are not updated. Your design will be updated in 48 hours.

Any adjustments needed after the logo designs are finalized will be paid individually.

Refund Policy

WebTechCraft will provide no refunds if You pick a special package.

  • Our central design concept is approved.
  • You requested changes.
  • Non-company-related issues prompted the cancellation.
  • More than two weeks of the project had passed without touch with the company.
  • Company policy was broken.
  • Another company or designer has been contacted for the job.
  • The creative brief lacks essential details.
  • Complete design modification is required.
  • The claim exceeded the ‘request for refund’ period.
  • The company is closing or rebranding.

No refunds for ‘change of mind,’ ‘disagreement with partner,’ or other non-service-related reasons will be given.

A client who subscribes to a service bundle and is dissatisfied with one service will only receive a refund for that service.

Refunds are not available after seven days of purchase.
Social Media Marketing/Management, SEO, Domain Registration, Logo Copyrights and trademarks, Web Hosting, and Paid Plugins (SSL/DDoS) are non-refundable.

Websites are non-refundable once the client approves and sends the development design.

Once logo/website designs are approved, refund requests are denied.
If the client fails to produce the logo/web design brief within ten days of ordering, a partial refund (up to 25%) may be available.

To preserve legality, WebTechCraft will submit your designs to the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies after you receive your return.

Governing law and jurisdiction

The terms and conditions at WebtechCraft are controlled by and construed following US law without respect to its conflicts of laws rules. You and WebtechCraft also consent to US federal and state courts.

You agree to settle any disagreement, claim, or controversy related to these Terms or WebtechCraft’ services that are not subject to mandatory arbitration. You also waive jurisdictional, venue, and inconvenient forum objections to such courts. These principles do not apply to non-US residents. As an EU citizen, you can sue in your own country.

These Terms and Conditions require claims to be lodged within 30 days of the disagreement or controversy. Claim after the deadline and the cause of action will be rejected. No recovery or damage will be sought until the party pays the costs and attorney charge.

You and WebtechCraft agree to try to resolve any site use dispute. This will be done in good faith to resolve the dispute.

Both parties can request mediation if the disagreement goes unresolved after a reasonable time. Please note that WebtechCraft limits the excellent time to 30 days. If the dispute remains unresolved following mediation, the parties might pursue any right or remedy under US or local law.

Delivery policy

A confirmation email and the whole order will be delivered to the specified account on the Order Confirmation date.

The minimum turnaround time is two business days, depending on the package.
